Beneath the Waves Challenge Submission!

As the title says, this is my submission to the Character Design Challenge, which is the first portion of the two staged Beneath the Waves Challenge. I want to congratulate all of the amazing artists who participated in the challenge, and would like to encourage people to check out the second stage.
